Membership

Pool Membership

The Pool Membership includes all of the social events with full access to the Pool. A key is provided to the household that allows access to the pool as the weather permits.

To be eligible for the Pool Membership, your initial, one-time lot fee of $1500 must be paid. This fee stays with the house/lot, even when ownership changes.

Cost: $300 annually

Social Membership

The Social Membership provides the household with access to all of the social events throughout the year. These events include:

End of School Year Party
4th Of July Parade and Party
Back to School Party
Christmas Cookie Exchange
1-2 Adult Parties

Cost: $25 single, $50 couple, annually
